Son of [[:anderson_smith_randal|Anderson Smith Randal]] and Sophia Mitchell, Henry Oran Randall was born on June 04, 1857, in Franklin County, Georgia.

On December 3, 1882, Henry (age 25) married 18 year old Julia Ann Sewell (born April 30, 1864 in Franklin County, GA) in Franklin County, GA.

Julia Ann was a daughter of [[david_sewell|David Sewell]] (b. Sept. 17, 1827 – d. 1865 in the “War of Northern Aggression”) and Caroline Martha Aderhold (b. July 9, 1830 – d. Sept. 25, 1892).

Henry and Julia had the following children:

Henry Oran Randall died on Sept. 9, 1930 (at age 73). The Death Certificate listed the cause of death as "Paralysis General"; which, at that time, was often used to describe Parkinson's Disease.
