Keelings’ Company H, 24 Regiment Confederate Volunteers, born in the County of Habersham, State of Georgia, age twenty three years, five feet nine inches high, fair complexion, blue eyes, and by occupation a farmer, was enlisted by Capt. John H. Mosely at Currahee Habersham County the State of Georgia on the 24th day of August 1861 to serve for the war and is now entitled to discharge by reason of amputation of his right arm. The said I.W. Randal was last paid by Capt. A.S. Turner AQ,MS,G,A, to include the first day of March 1862 and has pay due him from that date to the 28th day of July 1862. There is due him fifty four 27/100 dollars for Services rendered and twenty five dollars compensation for six months clothing.
