Daughter of [[walter_baxter_randall|Walter Baxter “Dub” Randall]] and Sara Ann Elizabeth Clarke, Priscilla Ann Randall, know to family as “Prissy”, was born in Franklin County, Georgia on January 3, 1941.

On Sept. 15, 1963, Priscilla Ann Randall married Thomas Elliott “Duke” Watkins (b. Aug. 18, 1938) and moved to Rome, Georgia. They had one son:
  - Thomas Randall "Randy" Watkins (b. Aug. 2, 1964)
