Son of [[thomas_bull_jr|Thomas Bull Jr.]] and Sarah Randal, Randall Bull was born about 1764, in or near Edenton (Halifax County) North Carolina.

Randall Bull married Mary Sullivant (1769-1832), who was born in Montgomer County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
  - Balaam Bull (Abt. 1788 - ) 
  - Rebecca Bull (Abt. 1791 - )  
  - Jeremiah Bull (b: Abt. 1793 - )  
  - Mary Bull (b: Abt. 1795 - ) 
  - Dempsey R. Bull (b: 1798 - ). His death date is unknown due to church records being destroyed. He married Matilda ?  (b: ? - d: 1883 in Bulltown, Woodruff Co, Tennessee).


Randall Bull died in 1798 (at the age of 34).
