Daughter of [[oney_cypress_randal|Oney Cypress Randal]] and Susannah (her full name may be “Susannah W. Wilkins”), Sina “Sinie” Bethel Randal was born Nov. 13, 1826 in Franklin Co., GA. 

“Sinie” apparently never married.

In the 1870 U.S. Census we see that she was living with her mother (after the death of her father). And in the 1880 U.S. Census we see that she was living with her brother, [[oney_pickney_randal|Oney Pickney Randall]], and his family.

Contrary to the information contained in the 1880 U.S. Census, the inscription on her tombstone states that “Sinie” died on May 22, 1876 (at age 49). Assuming that this is the correct tombstone (which seems likely due to the level of detail), she is buried in “Martin Community Cemetery” (aka “Martin City Cemetery”) Martin (Stephens County) Georgia.((http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=80142435))
