Son of [[comer_henry_randall_sr|Comer Henry Randall, Sr.]] and Evelyn Wynne, William Robert Randall (known to friends and family as Bob or Bobby) was born on Aug. 2, 1929, in Washington County, Georgia.

In 1950 he married Nancy Gower. They had the following children:
  * Nan (who married Rick Newsome)
  * William Robert (Bob) Randall, Jr. (who married Elizabeth ????)
  * Sue (who married Phil Wilkes)

**MEMPHIS FUNERAL HOME NOTICE** \\
WILLIAM ROBERT RANDALL, SR., 82, met his Savior on February 10, 2013. He was preceded by his parents, C.H. Randall, Sr. and Evalyn Wynne Randall. He was the husband of Nancy Gower Randall for 63 years, the father of Nan Newsome (Rick), Bob Jr. (Elizabeth) and Sue Wilkes (Phil). He was the grandfather of Jenna Newsome, Darcy Peth (Ian), Mark Randall (Amanda), Brett Wilkes, and Bradley Wilkes. He also leaves his brothers David Randall and C.H. Randall Jr. (Jo) and a host of nieces and nephews. He was an ordained Deacon and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Ave., Thursday, February 14 at 2 p.m. Dr. Richard Hipps and Dr. Phil Wilkes will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 p.m. preceding the service. Donations may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, Germantown, TN.
