Son of Pinckney Harvey Randall and Catron Gatewood Pace, Hardy Isaiah Randall (obviously named in honor of Catron's father, Hardy Pace) was born about March 29, 1838 in Cobb County, Georgia.

Hardy Isaiah Randall married Laura Chewning (Dec. 14, 1837 - July 7, 1923).1) They had the following children:
