Jones Marshall Randall, Sr.

Son of Henry Oran Randall and Julia Ann Sewell, Jones Marshall Randall was born on July 12, 1892, in Franklin County, Georgia.

On April 4, 1909, Jones Marshall Randall (at age 16) married Mattie Lois Watson (age 23) in Franklin County, GA.

The U.S. Federal Census records consistently indicate Mattie Lois Watson as being younger than her actual age. However, this was all rectified upon her death (see gravestone). She was indeed 6 years older than Jones Marshall Randall.

They had the following children:

  1. Huron Bryant Randall (Mar. 21, 1910 - May 17, 1910) - died in infancy.1)
  2. Henry Darwin Randall (March 23, 1911 - 1993)
