Son of Oney Pickney Randall and Elizabeth Mahaley Gwinn1), Thomas Estes Randall was born May 22, 1883 in Franklin Co., GA.

On March 5, 1868, Oney (age 20) married 18 year old Burmah Carroll, in Franklin County, GA.2)

Elizabeth Mahaley Gwinn, originally from South Carolina, was the daughter of Thomas Melmeth Gwinn (Feb. 1, 1827 in Laurens, South Carolina - May 29, 1901)3) & Eliza Gillespie (Sept. 20, 1825 - July 28, 1913)4)

Oney and Elizabeth had the following children:

[World War I Selective Service (draft) "Registration Card" for Thomas Estes Randall. Under the Selective Service Act, registration boards were re-structured as "local boards". The "10-1-32-C" stamp simply means that the Provost Marshal General had designated that Franklin County "local board" as "10-1-32" with the "-C" indicating when the registration took place. Those with "-A" took place on June 5, 1917. Those with "-B" took place on August, 24, 1918. And those with "-C" took place on Sept. 12, 1918.]

On May 2, 1919, Thomas Estes Randall died from Meningitis at age 36.
