Son of John Randolph (Born July 20, 1693 on Turkey Island (Henrico County), Virginia - Died March 15, 1736 in Williamsburg (Williamsburg County), Virginia) and Susannah Beverley, Beverley Randolph is believed to have been born December 27, 1710 on Turkey Island, (Henrico County), Virginia.

During 1730, Beverley Randolph married Elizabeth Lightfoot in Virginia. It is not known whether they had any children… or what became of Elizabeth Lightfoot.

On January 21, 1742, Beverley Randolph married his second wife, Agatha Wormeley, in Middlesex, Virginia.
