[Henry Oran Randall & Julia Ann Sewell Randall (date unknown)] Son of Anderson Smith Randal and Sophia Mitchell, Henry Oran Randall was born on June 04, 1857, in Franklin County, Georgia.

On December 3, 1882, Henry (age 25) married 18 year old Julia Ann Sewell (born April 30, 1864 in Franklin County, GA) in Franklin County, GA.

Julia Ann was a daughter of David Sewell (b. Sept. 17, 1827 – d. 1865 in the “War of Northern Aggression”) and Caroline Martha Aderhold (b. July 9, 1830 – d. Sept. 25, 1892).

Henry and Julia had the following children:

  9. Sara Sophia Felton Randall (Dec. 26, 1898 – 1980)

Most of the original 1890 U.S. Federal Census records were destroyed or badly damaged by a fire in the Commerce Department in 1921. Records enumerating only 6,160 individuals—less than one percent of the schedules—survived. Those for the Randall family were destroyed.

Henry Oran Randall died on Sept. 9, 1930 (at age 73). The Death Certificate listed the cause of death as “Paralysis General”; which, at that time, was often used to describe Parkinson's Disease. He was buried at “Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery” (Hart County), Georgia.1)

Julia Ann Sewell Randall died on July 1, 1935 (at age 72). She was buried beside Henry Oran Randall at “Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery” (Hart County), Georgia.2)
