| From the 1900 U.S. Census, we learn that at some point between May, 1882 and December 1884, Henry W. Bishop moved his family from Cherokee (Spartanburg County), South Carolina to Franklin County, Georgia. This is consistent with his daughter, Eugenia “Genie” Bishop, marrying [[roland_pickney_randall|Roland Pickney Randall]] during 1894. |

Note: The census indicates that Roland and Genie had been married for 6 years; and that Genie was the mother of 2 living children, suggesting that daughters Eva & Flossie were from her previous marriage (otherwise, "Genie" would have had Eva when she was 14 years old and Flossie when she was 16 years old). This is supported by descendants Wm. Robt. Randall, Sr. & Jr., who stated that Eugenia was the 2nd wife of Roland Pinckney Randall. | Note 1: The census indicates that Henry W. Bishop and Mary Bishop had been married for 27 years; and that Mary was the mother of 6 children... all living (accounting for the 3 children identified in the 1880 U.S. Census). |
| Note 2: Clem J. Bishop, appearing immediately after the family of Henry W. Bishop, appears to be his son, identified in the 1880 U.S. Census as "John C. Bishop". |
