At age 81, Richard Roan “Dick” Randall, Sr. died of cardiac arrest on Dec. 11, 1990.5) He was buried in “Decatur Cemetery”, Decatur (DeKalb County), Georgia. Plot: Section 11 Block 8 Plot 13.
At age 87, Dorothy Oldea Phillips-Randall died on June 23, 1999.6)
