Son of Oney Cypress Randal and Susannah (her full name may be “Susannah W. Wilkins”), William (Billy) Randal was born on Dec. 22, 1820, in Franklin Co., Georgia.1)
In about 1841, William Randal married Senisa Stonecypher (abt. 1826 - ) in Franklin, Co., Georgia.2)
William and Senisa had the following children:
- Malinda Randal (1841 - )
- Mary Emiline Randal (1844 - ).

Note: The transcript of this record incorrectly lists “Senisa” as “Louisa”. Also, in the 1860 & 1870 U.S. Census William Randal listed his place of birth as Georgia. So this census was probably in error when it listed his place of birth as South Carolina.
After Senisa died, William then married Emily Akins (1819 - 1892)3) on Oct. 6, 1853 in Franklin, County, Georgia.4)5)
