On May 1, 1910, Henry Beaman Randall married Muriel Willene “Willie” Maret in Lavonia, Georgia.¹⁾

Muriel Willene “Willie” Maret (born December 19, 1891) was the daughter of Joseph William Maret & Adela R. Walters.

They had the following children:

1. Agatha "Gatha" Muriel Randall (June 15, 1911 – March 20, 1997)
2. Walter Baxter "Dub" Randall (July 5, 1912 – January 28, 1989)
3. Thomas Edwin Randall (August 13, 1914 – January 24, 1994)
4. Harmon Floyd Randall (July 7, 1920 – August 22, 2005)
5. Eloise M. Randall Rottman (Sept. 4, 1925 - Nov. 9, 2014)

Shortly after June 5, 1917 (when he registered for Selective Service in GA), Henry Beaman Randall moved his family to Saint Michael and Saint Phillip, Charleston, South Carolina, where he worked as a Security Guard at a Utility Terminal.

By 1930 (according to the 1930 U.S. Census), Henry Beaman Randall had moved his family back to Lavonia, GA. Also according to the census, Floyd Randall (age 9) had been born in South Carolina. This move back to Georgia may have been due to “The Great Depression” (which began on “Black Tuesday”, October 29, 1929).³⁾

[] By 1940 (according to the 1940 U.S. Census), Henry Beaman Randall had moved his family (along with his 81 year old Father-in-law, Joseph W. Maret), to Wayne, MI (near Detroit, MI). Noticing that his son-in-law had been born in Michigan, we can speculate that his parents still lived in the Detroit area. The Randall family rented a house at: 157 Grove Avenue, Highland Park, Wayne, Michigan.

Noted in the census, the highest level of education Henry Beaman Randall had achieved was to complete the 8th Grade. Perhaps the move to the Detroit area was in search of better career opportunities. By age 49, he was working in the Automobile Industry (Ford Motor Co.) as a Crank Trimmer. He was joined by his son, Floyd H. Randall (age 19), who went to work in the Automobile Industry as an “Inspector”.

Walter Baxter "Dub" Randall does not appear on Henry B. Randall's census because he “didn't like Detroit” and was living with his grandmother - in Georgia.

Henry Beaman Randall died December 21, 1949 (at age 58) from a bleeding stomach ulcer (following surgery) – and is buried in Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Oakland County, Michigan [Corner of Woodward Avenue and Twelve Mile Road]. (Ref: Find A Grave Memorial# 119784333).⁴⁾
