Son of Samuel Sewell, Jr. (1750-1815) and Chrisitan White (1759- ?), Samuel Sewell was born in 1786.
Samuel Sewell, III married Susannah Chandler (1789 - after 1870), who was known to friends and family as “Susan” (born in 1788).
